Ichiko (Mariko Tsutsui) has worked for a long time in the Oishos' family. Her work is as a home-care nurse. Working for many years, so she feels like a part of the family. Ichiko is especially close to Motoko, whose dream is following Ichiko's footsteps. The happy routine of Ichiko and Oisho's family is disrupted by the missing of Saki, Motoko's younger sister. She is abducted and the culprit is Ichiko's nephew. Because the truth can make Ichiko's job terminated, Motoko decides to hide it. The secret has forced a closer bond between the women.
