I'm a Cyborg, But That's OK is a South Korean romantic comedy written, produced and directed by Park Chan-wook, released in 2006.
Young-goon is a somewhat deranged young girl: she is convinced that she is a cyborg. Refusing to eat "human food" that would bog down her system, she recharges herself by electrocuting herself with radio transistors. Her operation sends her to a mental institution, where she is quickly noticed by Il-soon, who believes she has the power to steal the souls of others. But Young-goon's health is deteriorating rapidly and Il-soon will have to make her accept her humanity and convince her to eat before she experiences a system crash.
