Girl From Nowhere is a Thai fantasy thriller anthology series that premiered in 2018 at GMM 25. The series has been produced and created by GMM Grammy. The first season consists of 13 45-minute episodes. The second season was confirmed on May 2 and premiered on May 7, it consists of 8 episodes of 45 minutes in length .1, each one based on a real case of bullying of high school girls.2 The leading actress is Chicha Amatayakul (Nanno), a girl who in each episode changes institute with the intention of exposing different stories of hypocrisy.3
One of the foundations of the series lies in the metamorphosis of some characters from victims to winners. Another recurring theme is revenge.
Girl From Nowhere is a 13-episode self-concluding anthology series. Each episode, lasting approximately 45 minutes, tells a story with a moral lesson.5 Except for two stories that are divided into two chapters, in most episodes Nanno changes teaching center.6
According to Sutinee Satesawan, the series' art director, each story is directed by nine different directors as long as the audience sees various methods of storytelling. Satesawan says that "if there were only one director who tells the story of 13 schools, the chapters could be similar."
Nanno, an intelligent and mysterious high school girl, is dedicated to revealing the hidden face of the schools in which she studies. Thanks to his ability to recognize the perverse attitude of his classmates, he makes public all kinds of lies and the various abuses of power that he observes in educational institutions. Nanno's main targets are those people whose behavior is uncivil and reaches to manipulate them to show them the consequences of their action
